Costa Del Sol

The Costa del Sol is the famous sunny coastline stretching east and west of Málaga. From Villanueva del Trabuco, it’s very accessible. A great one-day focus is the central/western stretch, particularly Marbella and Puerto Banús — about 95–100 km away. The drive takes roughly 60–75 minutes via the A-45 and AP-7 motorway. This gives you a perfect mix of beach vibes, luxury, charming old town, and Mediterranean scenery. Driving is strongly recommended for flexibility.

• Driving & Parking: Easy motorway access. In Marbella, use central parking garages like Parking Avenida del Mar or near Puerto Banús (paid but convenient). Traffic can build up in high season along the coast.
• Best Time: Leave Villanueva del Trabuco by 8:00–8:30 AM to enjoy morning sun and avoid peak heat/crowds. The coast is milder and breezier than inland.

Dinner & ReturnHave dinner with sea views — fresh fish, tapas, or international cuisine in Marbella or Puerto Banús. Then drive back to Villanueva del Trabuco (about 1–1.25 hours). Aim to leave by 8–9 PM.
